Dr. Matt Barney

Dr. Barney is the founder and CEO of Leaderamp. Dr. Barney has over 25 years of experience leading the science and technology of leader development in senior global roles at multinationals such as Infosys, AT&T/Lucent Technologies, and Motorola. He is former Chief Learning Officer for Sutter Health. LeaderAmp’s patent-pending technology improves upon the successful Olympic-inspired approach he created when he led the Infosys Leadership Institute Globally as an expat. Dr. Barney has authored five books, four granted patents (two more pending), over 40 peer-reviewed works and has presented 179 keynotes in 14 countries. In 2015, he was appointed to the Business Affairs committee of the scientific publisher, Annual Reviews. He holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison; and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa.

He was inspired by working with the founders of Infosys, including Narayana Murthy, who was named number ten on CNN/Fortune's list of the "12 Greatest Entrepreneurs of Our Time". Matt launched three corporate universities at AT&T/Lucent Technologies, and led Digital Six Sigma at its birthplace, Motorola. He was also the founding chief learning officer at Sutter Health. His fourth book, "Leading Value Creation: Bioinspiration, Organizational Science & The Cue See Model" was published in December 2013. He has a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa, is a Cialdini Method Certified Trainer, Motorola Master Black Belt, and a Certified Risk Manager. SubU Goparaju

Subrahmanyam (Subu) Goparaju is Co-Founder, CTO and Member of the Board of LeaderAmp. Prior to LeaderAmp he was SVP and Executive Council Member of Infosys where he led Infosys Labs - the company’s Technology Research and Innovation division. Subu started his career as a software engineer with Infosys and spent 25 years there before moving to Innovation Coaching and Venture Capital. At Infosys, Subu played several key roles in Client management, Services Delivery, Business Development and Technology Research and Innovation. He was a key leader and member of several strategic transformational programs of the company over the years. Subu established several research and innovation co-creation relationships with many universities, research institutes and start up clusters around the world including silicon Valley, Europe, Israel and Australia. Subu is also a Co-Founder and Director of Excubator Consulting a startup incubator and corporate venturing advisory. He is an angel investor in early stage startups with a particular interest in coaching, healthcare and cyber security.

He also heads the Infosys’ Microsoft Technology Centre which is responsible for researching and building new services and solutions for emerging Microsoft technologies. As the head of Infosys SETLabs, Subu is responsible for creating emerging technologies strategy and driving research direction. In addition, Subu heads the Infosys Intellectual Property Cell, which he started in 2004 to build, protect and commercialize significant intellectual property. He is also responsible for building and nurturing an innovation eco-system to drive Infosys’ Innovation Co-Creation model, which is aimed at co-creating with clients and other partners.
